Our Team

- Our support systems are coordinated using the latest computer technology to ensure a fast and efficient service to our customers.
- Our engineers attend and receive ongoing manufacturer training keeping them fully up to date with any new products, designs or modifications.

Our Technology
Running alongside our Sage Accountancy software we use an Asset Management system called inspHire which enables us to keep accurate service and repair history relating to all machines that we have either sold or that operate within our hire fleet.
This allows us to provide accurate information on all costs, work carried out on a particular piece of equipment, the time our engineers have spent on site or in the workshop on a machine and all parts fitted.
Our Fleet of delivery and service vehicles are run on an advanced tracking system optimising resources and response times.
95% of parts and consumables are stocked at our head office ready for immediate despatch and a range of advanced cleaning chemicals are also available to complement our equipment.
Our Training
Full certified operator training is carried out on installation of machines and ongoing operator training is available on request as we believe this is the key to maximising productivity, lower running costs, health & safety awareness and prevention of accidents.
Engineer training is also available at our head office or on site, should you wish your own engineers to carry out maintenance work, with technical support available to them from our own engineering department.
