SRS has a great range of equipment for either hire or direct purchase and this has led some people to worry about the availability of spares and consumables. We do understand that it might be a concern but there is no need to worry about this score – 99% of all parts are available to order on a next day delivery basis from our in-house spares department. All our deliveries are sent out with an accurate time of delivery and you can track exactly where your item is at all times. This is really useful when it comes to time management at your end.
We keep fully stocked so we can maintain our fleet
All of our hire equipment is given a thorough check before going out and we also look after it when you have it on hire. Our refurbished equipment is a really popular line and we make sure it is in really tip-top condition before you buy – this is why we must make sure that all the parts we need are in stock. We don’t stock rubbish here at SRS either – as we see it, what’s the point of having cheap parts on our shelves? We aim for excellence and you can’t achieve that with substandard parts that need replacing every five minutes. Apart from anything else, you won’t get the quality finish from a cheap replacement squeegee or brush and we want all our customers, either buyers or hirers, to be happy with their cleaning equipment.
Just one call out to do the job
SRS knows that there is little more annoying than calling a field engineer to fix your vital cleaning equipment only to have them arrange a second visit because of ‘waiting on parts’. All of our field teams have a really comprehensive stock of parts on board so the chances are they can fix your problem first go. With all of that said, we don’t compromise – we would rather have you wait a day for the perfect item than fix something that will ‘do’ – if your PDF manual that came with the equipment isn’t enough information, our experienced parts manager and workshop engineers can help you with your queries and if a field visit is necessary, they can make sure the right parts are on board. When you ring in about a breakdown or failure in any respect of a cleaner, have all the details of the problem to hand because that will help us help you.
