SRS Flexi-Hire
We recently had a call from a long term customer who had been happily using a warehouse floor cleaner on our Flexi-Hire format. However, due to their floor space being taken up by new processing equipment, the current E110 large ride on scrubber dryer on site was proving to be a bit too big for the application. This was an easy problem to solve as the customer was on our SRS Flexi-Hire format.
With Flexi-Hire, our customers can upsize or downsize the warehouse floor cleaner that they hire from us at any time to ensure the machine that they are using always has the proper requirements to get the job done. We revisited the site, demonstrated a couple of smaller walk-behind sweepers and walk-behind scrubber dryers and within 48 hours the customer had a more suitable option on hire at a reduced cost. SRS Flexi-Hire is a casual, rolling hire arrangement ideal for demanding applications.
What is Flexi-Hire?
Because we understand that you won’t always need the exact same machine on-site at all times our casual, SRS Flexi-Hire option gives you no contract to sign. With over 40 years of experience, we understand that machine requirements for a site can change so we make it easy for you to upsize, downsize or de-hire machines at any point without notice or termination costs. This is a flexible alternative to buying capital equipment outright and offered on a rolling hire arrangement based on a longer-term hire requirement in mind (usually over six months).
What do we provide with Flexi-Hire?
Your requested machine will be delivered directly to you by one of our experienced team, fully set up (with the correct brushes fitted) along with machine familiarisation.
We provide full maintenance, machine familiarisation, check sheets and support from our team of fully van stocked field engineers. We also cover all service and repair costs (excluding damage and consumables), regularly rotate the machine within our hire fleet to ensure you always have effective machinery on-site at all times and our customers can upsize/downsize or de-hire equipment at any point without any termination charges!
