SRS Cleaning Equipment operates a full service for our customers which includes a machine demonstration to ensure that you are getting the best from our equipment. Those who will be operating our industrial sweepers, scrubber dryers or one of our floor cleaning machines may need some familiarisation so they know how to use it. This is provided by one of our team to ensure optimal results when using your purchase or hired machine. We believe in long-term customer relationships and provide ongoing advice and support should you need it. This is not only for machine sales; we also provide support to those who have hired one of our top of the range floor cleaning machines for ongoing use in their place of business.
Proper use of the equipment also keeps the product in great condition which will guarantee longevity. SRS can also assist in recommending the best cleaning fluid to use in our scrubber dryers to help remove general dirt or even heavy stain such as oil and rubber marks. This will ensure that running costs are lowered and staff are able to get the best out of our machines. Staff will also be able to check the machine for any issues before use with our machine check lists. We will provide you with PDF operation manuals for your records and certificates are provided as a record of who has been familiarised with the heavy duty sweepers and scrubber dryers in our range.
SRS carry out regular internal training for our own staff to keep standards to a high level and to ensure we provide the best service possible to our hire and sales customers. Although we have our own mobile engineers, you may want to train your own engineers to carry out repairs on your machines on-site. We can assist with this via check sheets and free copies of manuals and our head office can provide technical support required. We are a member of Safecontractor which is a health and safety assessment scheme and provides our staff with up to date legislation and best practise guidelines.
